Roxette at the ready for Austria

A concert by pop legends Roxette and a superb musical show lie ahead for music-mad Austria. Roxette have earned their place in the hall of fame of pop. The celebrated duo are one of the most successful bands of the past 25 years. The band were forced to take a hiatus from recording and touring when singer Marie Fredriksson was discovered to have a brain tumour.

Now Roxette are back on the road and rocking. The band will certainly not leave out their global hits "Joyride," "Listen to your heart" and "It must have been love" when they come to Vienna on 10 October. Many Austrian fans of the pop giants will be among the thousands expected to attend their gig in Munich, Germany, the following day due to the city’s vicinity to Salzburg.

Their current tour of Fredriksson and Per Gessle will also feature performances in the German cities of Hanover, Stuttgart and Berlin. Visit www.mlk.com for ticket information.

The band will also hit the stage in Tyrolean winter sport hotspot Ischgl on 26 November to kick of the skiing season.
